The ADUM5401CRWZ-RL is a high-performance, digital isolator IC from Analog Devices, Inc. It is a dual-channel digital isolator that uses Analog Devices' patented iCoupler® technology to provide superior performance in terms of speed, noise immunity, and safety. The ADUM5401CRWZ-RL isolator provides 5.7 Mbps data rate, 8 kV/μs common-mode transient immunity, and ±15 kV/μs dV/dt immunity. It provides galvanic isolation of up to 3500 V RMS for 1 minute per UL 1577. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and a maximum junction temperature of +125°C.
